Scope

S2 Metal Fabricators was tasked with fabricating and supplying steel round duct systems as part of an underground ventilation upgrade. The project involved:

• Manufacturing spiral-wound ducts, custom flanges, dampers, and wall sleeves
• Ensuring compliance with strict CSA-W59 and CSA-W47.1 standards
• Customizing components to fit Vale’s precise specifications and operational needs

Results
